Fabiha Zaman, Community Engagement Lead
Fabiha Zaman is a policy and stakeholder engagement expert with experience across state and federal government. Most recently, she served as a Stakeholder Engagement Advisor at the U.S. Department of Energy, leading a cross-agency pilot on place-based workforce development and cultivating partnerships with philanthropic and labor leaders. Previously, she was a Senior Program Analyst in California’s Governor’s Office of Planning and Research, advancing economic development and tribal engagement initiatives under the California Jobs First program. Fabiha began her public service career with the California Strategic Growth Council and holds a degree in Political Science – Public Service from the University of California, Davis, with additional study at the London School of Economics.
